The story of Vermouth’s designer, Hendry Ramli, started more than two decades ago at a very young age.
“I remember the day my father gave me a second-hand audio system when I was 12. It was Technics Electronic & Marantz Loudspeaker. My first love, I guess. Continuing my studies at university, in 2002, I took a major in mechanical engineering. The strong interest led me to a decision to build myself a pair of loudspeakers. Those were challenging yet enjoyable years where I finally stretched the passion from making DIY audio products from loudspeakers, cables, acoustic panels to opening my first audio shop in Bali, Indonesia. Long story short, at the right moment, Vermouth was born in early 2010.”
Vermouth has established its specific market segment and the concept to be carried, that is the affordable audio products with great quality and elegant appearance. We are proud to have reached many milestones in audiophile sound reproduction.
Encouraged by many, in 2014 Vermouth finally launched its first two loudspeakers, Little Luccas (stand mount) and Luccas (floorstanding), named after Hendry’s first son.
Every single detail is carefully considered, selected and tested during all stages of the production process. The result is a handcrafted masterpiece of beauty on the outside and the pinnacle of technology on the inside creating the perfect balance between engineering and design.
Today, Vermouth cables line up and loudspeakers are at the top of the market in Indonesia, made possible by dedicated passion, knowledge and experience.
